Refund Policy
Refunds are available on or before May 1, 2025, please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Tickets are transferable on or before May 20, 2025. To request a transfer, please email info@transformingpractices.ca with the subject line "Ticket Transfer Request," including your order number and relevant detail.
Can I register multiple attendees at once?
Yes, during the registration process, you have the option to purchase up to 40 tickets simultaneously. Please provide the required attendee information, including names and emails, to ensure accurate registration for all your guests.
Where should I park?
Parking is available in Lot Q outside the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Building, or in Lot R between the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre, and the Gary W. Harris Building.
Can I volunteer for the conference?
We greatly appreciate the invaluable support of dedicated volunteers like yourself in ensuring the seamless operation of our conference. If you are interested in contributing as a volunteer, please reach out to us at info@transformingpractices.ca, providing your contact information.
Are meals provided during the conference?
Enjoy complimentary breakfast with pastries, tea and coffee on both days of the conference, along with a fully complimentary lunch. Feel free to bring any additional snacks or beverages you may desire.
What's included in my registration fee?
Your registration for the two-day conference on May 28th and 29th includes access to conference sessions, keynote speakers, and your preferred breakout sessions. Enjoy a light breakfast and lunch on both days, along with complimentary entry to the Thursday Night Mixer at the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre.
Are there discounts for students?
Yes, students can receive a discount of 20% with promocode STUDENT. You will be required to provide your student ID # and school.
Group discounts?
Yes, groups of 10 or more will receive a group discount. Please contact info@transformingpractices.ca for the code.
